Yuzu Tea Hot Yuzu Tea One of my favourite hot drinks in winter.  It comes in a big jar and looks like marmalade.  Yuzu or (Citron) is a citrus fruit, a bit like a cross between a lemon and orange.  The other main ingredient is honey. 2-3 tea spoonfuls in a mug, add hot or boiling water and you have a nice healthy caffeine free drink.  It is packed with vitamin C and great for when you have a sore throat or cold.  I’ve seen infomericals on Japanese TV showing that you can mix it with soda for a cool summer drink or use it like jam on bread or toast.  My guess is that it would be far too sweet to use on bread. As you might have noticed from the photos, this yuzu tea is from Korea but...

Chapp as well as being our main designer, cooks and serves us up lunch and dinner.  But this isn’t about how great a chef he is, I’ll let someone else write that post.  It is about how difficult his task must be because of the differing tastes of each member.  Let me reveal what we don’t eat. Chapp himself: He isn’t keen on shiitake mushrooms but does eat them.  He doesn’t eat oysters.  Obviously he doesn’t cook what he won’t eat so no kaki-fry for us. :( Har: He doesn’t eat mushrooms, or black-looking things so shiitake are definitely out.  Not keen on dried fruit like raisins or dried persimmons. Bought potions version 3 for campaign for DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY launching. http://www.suntory.co.jp/softdrink/potion/index.html I’m a would be FF fan, so just have only played Final Fantasy IV, V, VI, VII(AC/DC), VIII. But can’t stop to buy these even if i know this is SQUARE ENIX’s trap!! (I bought FF XII on released day, but stopped to play at the first castle gate…) The cans are cool, but its taste is not for 200yen… It tastes like Sprite with some other taste. ummm, not bad, but…. For can’s design. I completely forgot Ultimecia(VIII), so first time to see her illustation, can’t remember who she is. That Butz(IV)…, looks like a girl. It’s too different from my image. not like. CG Cefca(VI) is so cool!...
