Yuzu Tea Hot Yuzu Tea One of my favourite hot drinks in winter.  It comes in a big jar and looks like marmalade.  Yuzu or (Citron) is a citrus fruit, a bit like a cross between a lemon and orange.  The other main ingredient is honey. 2-3 tea spoonfuls in a mug, add hot or boiling water and you have a nice healthy caffeine free drink.  It is packed with vitamin C and great for when you have a sore throat or cold.  I’ve seen infomericals on Japanese TV showing that you can mix it with soda for a cool summer drink or use it like jam on bread or toast.  My guess is that it would be far too sweet to use on bread.
